PDF Store Terms & Conditions
These terms apply only to original educational PDF guides sold through the AutoSoftKey PDF Library. They do not apply to any separate software-licence catalogue.
Last updated: 30 August 2026
1. Who you are buying from
AutoSoftKey is the customer-facing trading brand. These terms form the contract between you and Cadunlock LLC for PDF Library purchases.
2. What the PDF Library sells
The PDF Library sells original, independently produced educational guides supplied as downloadable PDF files. Each product page states the guide title, subject, edition or update date, language, approximate page count, file format, intended audience, price, delivery method and any stated technical requirements.
Autodesk and individual product names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the software topics discussed. Cadunlock LLC and AutoSoftKey are independent and are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Autodesk, Inc.
3. Ordering and contract formation
- Select a guide and review its description, contents and price.
- Add it to the basket and check the order summary. You can remove items or correct details before payment.
- At checkout, provide accurate contact and billing information, accept these terms, and make a separate choice about immediate digital supply.
- Select the payment-obligation button. Your order is an offer to buy.
- A contract is formed when we accept the order and send the order confirmation. We may reject an order for payment failure, suspected fraud, a genuine pricing error, legal restrictions or inability to supply; if payment was captured, it will be returned.
The contract language is English. We email an order acknowledgement and confirmation to the address entered at checkout. Please save those emails and download or print these terms for your records.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP). Before payment, checkout shows the total payable amount and any applicable tax. We do not add unavoidable charges after the final order summary. PDF Library guide purchases are one-off payments: there is no subscription, automatic renewal, trial conversion or recurring billing.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Available methods are the methods actually shown at checkout and may include eligible cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link. See the PDF Store Payment Policy.
5. Immediate digital supply and cancellation
PDF access can begin immediately after payment only if you actively give express consent to supply beginning during the 14-day cancellation period and acknowledge that your statutory right to cancel will be lost once supply begins. This is presented separately at checkout and is not bundled with marketing or cookie choices.
If you do not give that consent, we will not start supply until the cancellation period expires. If you give it, we record the order, timestamp and wording shown. Your confirmation email records the consent and acknowledgement. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Delivery and access
PDF Library products are digital only. There is no physical shipping and no shipping fee. After an accepted payment and, where applicable, valid immediate-supply consent, access is provided on the order-confirmation page, in My Account and/or by email as stated on the product page.
Unless a product page states otherwise, each purchaser receives up to five download attempts during 365 days. Please save a personal backup. Delivery details and help for missing or corrupt files are in the Digital Delivery & Download Policy.
7. Your use licence
When you buy a guide, Cadunlock LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use it for your own personal learning or internal business reference. Copyright is not transferred to you.
You must not resell, share, upload, publish, distribute, reproduce for others, remove ownership notices, create a competing product from substantial parts of the guide, or make the download publicly accessible. An employer may buy additional copies for individual team members. Contact us for team licensing.
8. Quality, updates and compatibility
We aim to keep each guide clear and accurate as of the edition date shown. Software interfaces and publisher requirements can change. Check the product’s edition, prerequisites and compatibility before purchase and verify critical production decisions against the current official software documentation.
Guides are educational resources and are not architectural, engineering, legal, tax, safety or other regulated professional advice. Nothing in this section limits the requirement that digital content be of satisfactory quality, fit for any purpose you made known to us and as described.
9. Cancellation, faults and refunds
Your statutory remedies remain in full. If a file is missing, corrupt, inaccessible, materially inaccurate, not as described or otherwise defective, contact us. We will first provide a working copy, correction or replacement within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience. If that is impossible or not done appropriately, you may be entitled to a price reduction up to a full refund. Details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability where exclusion would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your non-excludable consumer rights.
For consumers, we are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach. We are not responsible for loss caused by unsupported software, failure to follow prerequisites, unauthorised sharing, third-party outages or events beyond our reasonable control. If you buy wholly for business use, we do not accept liability for indirect loss, lost profit, revenue, data or opportunity, and our aggregate liability for the affected guide is limited to the amount paid for it, except where the law does not allow that limit.
11. Privacy, complaints and disputes
We process personal information as described in the PDF Store Privacy Notice and use storage technologies as described in the Cookie Policy.
For a complaint, email support@autosoftkey.co.uk with your order number and requested resolution. We acknowledge privacy complaints within 30 days and aim to resolve ordinary order complaints promptly. You retain any right to contact your card issuer, regulator or court.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. UK consumers do not lose rights given by UK consumer law and may use any court or dispute route available under mandatory law.
12. Changes and severability
The version in force when your order is placed applies to that order. We may update future versions when products, technology or law change. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply.
