Who operates the PDF Library

AutoSoftKey is a trading brand operated by Cadunlock LLC. The PDF Library is an online-only store for original educational PDF guides. There is no walk-in retail location and no physical shipping.

Response handling

We aim to acknowledge ordinary support requests within one working day. Privacy complaints are acknowledged within 30 days and handled without undue delay. If a matter is urgent, include “URGENT” and the order number in the subject.

Describe the issue, the outcome you want and any relevant evidence. We will investigate and give a clear response. You remain free to contact your card issuer, regulator, advice service or any court/dispute route available under applicable law.
