Each plan includes everything in the one below it. Standard is the full antivirus, firewall and payment-protection package. Plus adds an unlimited VPN, a password manager, a data-leak checker and hard-drive health monitoring. Premium adds identity protection, remote-access detection, a smart-home monitor, 24/7 remote IT support and a year of Safe Kids.

Kaspersky’s consumer products are on sale and supported in the UK. The 2024 ban applies to the United States. The UK’s NCSC guidance on Russian-headquartered vendors is directed at government and critical-infrastructure organisations, not home users.

How do I renew?
Buy a new activation code for the same plan before the term ends and apply it in the app or in My Kaspersky. There is no automatic renewal charge.

Kaspersky renamed its range in 2022: Standard and Plus replaced Internet Security, and Premium replaced Total Security.
