SECURE CHECKOUT • FAST DIGITAL DELIVERY • 30-DAY DEFECT PROTECTION

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 26 August 2026  ·  Applies to autosoftkey.co.uk

The short version

These terms apply when you buy from AutoSoftKey. Placing an order means you accept them.

In plain terms: we sell genuine software licences delivered by email, you pay at checkout, we deliver within minutes, and if something is wrong we fix it or refund you.

Nothing here takes away the consumer rights you have by law.

1. Who you are buying from

Trading name AutoSoftKey (autosoftkey.co.uk)
Operated by Cadunlock LLC
Address 131 Continental Drive, Suite 305, Newark, Delaware 19713, United States
Contact support@autosoftkey.co.uk

2. About our products

We sell digital software licences. Every product page states the version, the supported operating system and what is included. We describe products as accurately as we can, but publishers change features and system requirements from time to time, so please check compatibility before you buy.

Product names and logos belong to their respective owners. We use them to identify what we sell; it does not mean those companies endorse us or that we own their brands.

3. Licence terms

Each product page states the software, version, supported platform and licence term being offered. Autodesk products currently listed by AutoSoftKey are supplied as 3-Year Licences.

We do not describe these Autodesk products as lifetime, perpetual or pre-owned licences. If a different licence type or term is offered in another category, it will be stated clearly on that live product page before checkout. Please contact us before ordering if you are unsure which option is suitable.

4. Placing an order

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you the licence, not when you click pay.

We may reject or hold an order where payment fails, a price was displayed in error, fraud is suspected, supply is restricted, or the details given do not check out. If we reject an order after payment, we refund it in full.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and are shown at checkout, including any tax that applies. Prices can change, but never after you have placed an order. Full details are in our Payment Policy.

6. Delivery

Delivery is by email to the address you enter at checkout, normally within minutes of payment clearing. Please make sure that address is correct. See our Digital Delivery Policy for the detail.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Because digital content is delivered immediately, the 14-day right to change your mind ends once we start delivery — you confirm this at checkout. This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty, not as described or never delivered.

Our Refunds & Returns Policy sets out exactly when we refund or replace, and how to ask.

8. Using your licence

Your use of the software is also governed by the publisher’s own end-user licence agreement. Unless the product page says otherwise, you must not:

  • resell, share or publish the licence details;
  • use the licence on more devices than it permits;
  • duplicate the key for others to use.

Keeping your publisher account secure and complying with the publisher’s licence terms is your responsibility.

9. What support covers

We help with We cannot help with
Delivery problems and resending orders Faults on your device unrelated to the product
Installation and activation of what you bought Operating systems the publisher no longer supports
Choosing the right version before you buy Restrictions placed on your own publisher account
Licence issues and replacements Custom technical work, unless agreed separately

10. Using this website

Please do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with site security, submit false information, scrape the site at a harmful scale, distribute malware, or use the site in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone’s rights.

11. Intellectual property

The design, original text and branding of this website belong to us. Third-party product names, logos and software remain the property of their owners and appear here only to identify and describe what we sell.

12. Liability

We do not promise the website will always be available without interruption. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by unsupported devices, misuse of delivered licence details, publisher outages, or events outside our reasonable control.

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory rights as a consumer.

13. Privacy

We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, and cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our services or legal obligations change. The version that applies to your order is the one in force when you placed it.

15. Complaints and disputes

Please email support@autosoftkey.co.uk first — most issues are resolved quickly and directly. Nothing in these terms prevents you from using any dispute resolution or court process available to you by law.
