PDF Library Accessibility Statement
Our approach to accessible browsing, purchasing and PDF use, plus a direct route for help.
Last updated: 30 August 2026
Our commitment
Cadunlock LLC wants PDF Library customers to be able to find product information, understand the terms, complete checkout and use purchased guides regardless of disability or assistive technology.
What we work toward
- Keyboard-accessible navigation and forms.
- Visible focus states, readable contrast and responsive text.
- Descriptive headings, labels, link text and image alternatives.
- Clear validation and error messages at checkout.
- Tagged, searchable PDF text with useful structure where technically feasible.
- No essential information conveyed by colour alone.
Known limitations
Some complex diagrams, software screenshots, tables or third-party checkout components may be harder to use with particular assistive technologies. A PDF’s accessibility features and any known limitations should be described on its product page before purchase.
Request help or an alternative
Email support@autosoftkey.co.uk and tell us the guide or page, the barrier and the format or adjustment that would help. You may also telephone +1 (862) 445-6008. We will respond and provide a reasonable accessible alternative where feasible.
If a purchased guide cannot be used as described and the issue cannot be remedied appropriately, the Refund & Cancellation Policy applies.
Feedback
Accessibility feedback is welcome. We review reported barriers and prioritise issues that block product information, payment, download or statutory-rights content.
