1. Digital product only

Every PDF Library guide is supplied as a downloadable PDF. Nothing is shipped physically and the shipping fee is £0. No Autodesk software, licence key, account, certification or physical book is included.

2. Before delivery

At checkout, you review the guide, edition, language, file format, approximate page count, price and technical requirements. To receive the guide before the 14-day cancellation period ends, you must separately give express consent to immediate supply and acknowledge the effect on your right to cancel.

3. How and when access is provided

1. Stripe authorises the one-off payment.
2. WooCommerce records the accepted order and your immediate-supply choice.
3. A download link appears on the order confirmation page and/or in My Account and is emailed to the checkout address.
4. The email provides the order details and links to the terms and applicable policies in a form you can keep.

Most accepted orders are released within minutes. A fraud or payment review may delay delivery; if we cannot accept or supply an order, we cancel it and return any captured payment.

4. Access period and download limit

Unless the individual product page states otherwise, access lasts 365 days and allows up to five successful download attempts. These limits protect the files from unauthorised distribution. Download a personal backup promptly. If a genuine technical failure consumes an attempt, contact us and we will review and restore access where appropriate.

5. Technical requirements

You need a current web browser, reliable internet connection, enough storage space and a current PDF reader. Some guides may contain links to third-party websites. Software versions, publisher pages and external links can change after the guide’s edition date.

Check the product page before ordering. If you tell us a specific accessibility or compatibility need before purchase, we will confirm whether the guide is suitable where reasonably possible.

6. If the link or file does not work

1. Check spam, junk and promotions folders.
2. Confirm the payment completed and that the email address at checkout is correct.
3. Try My Account → Downloads using the same email/account.
4. Try a current browser and PDF reader.
5. Email support@autosoftkey.co.uk with the order number, guide title and error screenshot.

We resend missing links and repair or replace corrupt or inaccessible files free of charge. If the problem cannot be remedied appropriately, the Refund & Cancellation Policy applies.

7. Territory and security

We supply where legally permitted and where Stripe can accept payment. You are responsible for complying with local law. Download links are personal to the purchaser; do not publish or share them. We may disable a link being abused while preserving the purchaser’s statutory rights and providing support.
