Microsoft 365 Business Standard: current Office apps plus Teams and cloud storage

Microsoft 365 Business Standard is Microsoft’s subscription plan for small businesses: the always-current desktop versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, Teams for calls and chat, 1 TB of OneDrive storage per user and the web and mobile apps, all tied to one user account. Unlike a perpetual Office 2021 licence, the applications keep updating with new features for as long as the entitlement is active.

Before you order

Business Standard is licensed per user. Buy one entitlement per person who needs the apps. If you require a business email domain, you will also need a Microsoft 365 tenant configured for it; setup guidance is included but domain configuration is your own responsibility.

Compatibility and system requirements

The desktop apps require Windows 10 or 11, or one of the three most recent macOS releases, with 4 GB of RAM and 10 GB of disk space; Teams and OneDrive need a reliable internet connection. A Microsoft account is required to sign in and install the apps.

Delivery and activation
